Another one! The awards season is upon us and Blend Network is delighted to have won recognition as a fast paced secondary market in P2P property development funding at NextFin Awards 2019. The recognition is now proudly sitting on Blend Network’s trophy cabinet as you can see in the photo above.
This recognition comes at an exciting time for team Blend Network. 2019 so far has been a thrilling year for us and for all of our investors. Earlier in Q4, we agreed to fund our largest single loan to date, a £2,335,000 total loan facility, which was funded in just over 24 hours. Our total loan book is about to hit the £10m milestone and we have delivered an average 11.12% return p.a. to our lenders. The number of lenders registered on Blend Network has grown to nearly 2,000. Our loans regularly get funded within hours of being listed with hundreds of thousands of Pounds on the AutoLend feature of our platform. It is not a surprise then that Blend Network gets regularly quoted in the specialist financial and national press such as FT Advisors, The Telegraph, EuroNews, What Investment and Business Leader Magazine.
With all that in mind, our priority as always remains in bringing high-quality loans to our lenders. ‘Quality over quantity’ has always been our motto as we look forward to continuing to expand our loan book.
