Blend Network selected Business Hero of Covid-19

We are delighted to announce that Blend Network was recently selected as one of the top business heroes of Covid-19 by Business Leader magazine. The judges recognised our commitment to supporting SME property developers who are building more affordable homes to sustain the UK’s national and regional housebuilding effort.

As you know, we have been hard at work and hitting some pretty strong milestones despite Covid-19. In June and July, we recorded our strongest months and lent a total of £1,690,000 and £1,450,000 respectively in loans that were funded by hundreds of lenders. We have also successfully repaid just under £2,500,000 to our lenders since May on loans that earned lenders 8-12% return p.a. This is reflected in our 5-star Trustpilot reviews.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all lenders who have supported us over the past few months! And to all those lenders who are yet to dip their toes with Blend Network, what are you waiting for?! More loans are coming at Blend Network. So, make sure you keep an eye out and start lending on our property-secured loans from only £1,000.

Your capital is at risk if you lend to businesses. P2P lending is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Investments are illiquid (the inability to sell assets quickly or without substantial loss in value). Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Blend Loan Network Limited is an Appointed Representative of Resolution Compliance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN. 574048)
