June saw us hit yet another milestone at Blend Network. On 1 June 2021, we agreed funding for our largest-ever project, a £3,460,000 total net facility to fund the redevelopment a property into 15 apartments in Dorset – 13 two-bed and 2 one-bed flats. The borrower, an experienced property developer and investor, has an amazing track-record; he has successfully built 194 units with a GDV of circa £31,000,000, spanning 25 projects since 2006. The first tranche of this 9.5% return p.a. loan was funded by 279 yield-hungry investors.
