So, here we bring you updates and pictures on the Mill Barn project we funded to acquire and convert the property into a four-bedroom house and garage located on Bentfield Mill Barn, Stansted. We funded the first tranche of this 21-month project in January this year, and the second tranche in April.
Our Quantity Surveyor inspected the site in early-September, and we are happy to report that works are progressing to the barn and the garage despite construction material shortages[i]. Below, you can see pictures of progress made by the experienced team behind this project. The team, headed by two established property developers and construction project managers who have successfully completed various projects as developers and contractors, are working hard and have repeatedly demonstrated they are capable of delivering a fantastic scheme[ii].
