Great progress on our Mill Barn loan

We love sharing the fantastic progress of our loans with you and show our investors the great projects their money is helping fund. So, here we bring you updates and pictures on the Mill Barn project we funded to acquire and convert the property into a four-bedroom house and garage located on Bentfield Mill Barn, Stansted. We funded the first tranche of this 21-month project in January this year, and the second tranche in April.

Our Quantity Surveyor inspected the site in early-September, and we are happy to report that works are progressing to the barn and the garage despite construction material shortages[i]. Below, you can see pictures of progress made by the experienced team behind this project. The team, headed by two established property developers and construction project managers who have successfully completed various projects as developers and contractors, are working hard and have repeatedly demonstrated they are capable of delivering a fantastic scheme[ii].

We are very proud of lending to experienced and established property developers such as the team behind the Mill Barn project who know what they are doing. If you’d like to find out more about how we can help you fund your property projects, drop us an email today at or give us a call on 020 3409 3300.
